1. K2 with jolyn, white rudder. (at last!)
2. did 4k with old life jacket for resistant, that was so messed up.we were suddenly going fast and then slow and fast and slow.
3. especially after we capped when my paddle turned and got sucked in (sorry jojo!). got saved my jun and ais, and after that we just went zoom! to 1k mark.
4. 2k after taking out the life jacket felt damn weird. like the paddle couldn't keep up with the water. just like last time we did the rubber tube resistence in the pool, and the guys pulled us back, omg your hands are just swinging like crazy as you're being dragged back through the water.
5. 2k timing, my leg kept getting stuck, the around...6-8 buoys?from the finish we capped...all of a sudden. jiaolian said we should have subbed 11 if we finished, cos we were 2.5-3 buoys behind the k2 guys. and they did 10:36. oh well, we shall sub 11 next time jojo!
6. k4-ed with jolyn, sihui and delia while waiting for bel and yan.
7. k4-ed with yan bel and sihui, 2nd seat again! so funny, for the changeover everyone was moving but me. just sat there stoning and being amused (as always) by yan trying to shift the 1st seat. that one's always stuck.
8. 2k timing: the wind was retarded on the way out. we were practically just rowing to get to the 1k mark. only had 6 strokes that was sheltered by the trees. in my mind i was going "yes! yes! yes! ye...damnit!"

1. only managed to row 2k today. lightning alert at 310... till 530, or so, that was the last update before we went home.
2. jiaolian looked like he was in a bad mood before talking to us.

6. the arm throne thing was much easier. haha. ran with junru still trying to seat during one of the turns. haha
7. watched the guys do different kinds of leapfrogs: 1 person width wise in a line, 1 person length wise in a line, and the epic fail of 3 people side by side.
8. jiaolian pressed on hansheng (who was the unfortunate 3rd person i.e. the furtherest.) while demo-ing. ouch.
9. weekuang nearly dove into the mud. (check facebook for video when sihui uploads it)
10. other epic fails which should be in the video. hahaha.
11. then jiaolian tried to make us do 3x3 min of planks.
12. ended up doing 1x2 min 30 sec, cos of the crazy thunder and lightning suddenly coming above us.
13. ran back to sch in the rain, while the rest took the 156 that just happened to come. so we ended up having a k4 run. haha.

Just scared a RI kid by glaring at him. Ain't my fault. Who asked him to just suddenly shove his chair back. There hardly any space as is. Nearly ram into me.

To tampines. Haha. While other families have outings to zoo, parks, sentosa or where ever, my family wakes up at 7 to fetch my dad from the airport and go to tampines to get a haircut. All 5 people. Grand total of 2 hours in the saloon which the boss opened an hour half earlier for us, cos we've been faithful customers for like, forever. Haha.

And bought new shorts, which are actually not FBTs(!), for going out! Cos the coffee on the table thing in my car spilt when my bro did his usual crazy acceleration at the traffic light and my pants got coffee all over it. The one that I wanted didn't have my size tho...it was White with lines making big squares. Nice. Damnit.
